by Mar 24, 2021

Elexent, a subsidiary of Group Renault has partnered with Tritium to deploy fast chargers in 10 European countries to support the fleet electrification plan of Europe. Tritium will provide Elexent with its RT50 and RTM75 DC fast chargers, while Elexent will offer its customers tailor-made, turnkey solutions covering all areas of design, installation, and management. With public charging network growing rapidly in countries, DC chargers will be taking more and more share of the charging points in coming years, and to facilitate this change this partnership could help more installation of DC chargers in pubic charging domain.Though the number of chargers supplied to Elexent by Tritium haven’t been disclosed yet, but we expect majority of chargers to be of 75kW charging capacity, as with increasing battery sizes of vehicles and need for quick charging, it is expected that 75kW-150kW will become the preferred DC charger capacity range in coming years. Elexent helps clients create optimized energy strategies by designing the charging infrastructure to meet their needs, supervising installation and implementation, and overseeing operations and maintenance.
