Haleema Ali

Assistant Manager HR

I joined PTR in 2019 as an analyst. Although I worked in the energy sector prior to joining PTR, but market research was something new to me. Since day one, I was given liberty to conduct research independently and contribute to some major projects on topics ranging from grid, power quality and e-mobility, this gave me confidence and invaluable experience to build things from scratch and own them.

In a matter of six months, I was given responsibility to lead the E-mobility research at PTR. Since then, the experience has been exhilarating, from starting off as the sole person conducting research to building and leading a team of 6 talented analysts to pull off critical projects has been a great learning experience.

Before joining PTR, I worked at Schneider Electric as a project engineer. I completed my bachelor’s in electrical engineering from LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) in 2017. and I am currently pursuing my MBA from IBA (Institute if Business Administration), Karachi.
